Timeless Floorcloths

I paint on #10 canvas that is primed on both sides. I stencil designs that are historical, traditional, country and paint modern designs as well. I am very careful to make sure every stencil is pristine. The floorcloth can also be antiqued for an aged appearance. Finally the floorcloth is protected with 3 coats of polyurethane to make them extremely durable. The edges are neatly cemented down so that they lay perfectly flat. I sign and date the floorcloth on the back. I do not apply a non-skid backing because it will break down over time and will collect dirt and dust and will shorten the lifetime of your floorcloth. I recommend you use a rubber carpet mat under it to prevent sliding.
